Visitor favorites include, but are not limited to: Beef Stroganoff, served over a creamy fettuccini sauce; Passion Fruit Chicken, served atop sweet passion fruit sauce; Tempura Black Tiger Shrimp, served with veggies, rice and a tasty Japanese flair; and Filet of Beef Wellington, topped with a light mushroom sauce and baked in a pastry crust. For those who steer clear of meat altogether, vegetarian pasta and a selection of salads are offered.
