This is a great Big Bear Lake cabin and it is close to the pool, spa and basketball court on our property. Select a cozy 1 bedroom cabin in Big Bear that has it all. The main bedroom has a king sized bed. There is also a double Murphy bed. You will love delving into a good book in front of the warm fireplace.
You will be grateful to have a full kitchen with all the pots, pans and silverware necessary for cooking in this Big Bear cabin. But, if you just want to zap some snacks, there is a microwave. The front room is decked out with a color TV and VCR. This charming one bedroom also offers a shower in the bathroom, a coffee maker, alarm clock and a telephone – anything you might need to get you up and going in the morning. We are also delighted to offer extra touches like an in-room safe and wireless Internet access for your Cabin in Big Bear Lake.

Policies

All rates for rooms are based on double occupancy. Rates for suites are based on four people. Extra person charges of $10 per night per person apply.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $15 per night per item will apply.
Photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $15 per pet per night.
Check-in time is 3 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
All rooms are non-smoking.Smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations under $1,000 require a deposit equal to one nights stay plus tax. Reservations over $1,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited.

A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
