Big Bear cabin #257 is a large two bedroom cabin with a mountain view. You are right next to a natural stream, Snuggle Creek. You will want to snuggle up yourself in front of the fireplace and turn on a movie for a comfy night in this Big Bear Lake Cabin.
You are never far from Big Bear Lake on our property and you are also close to the basketball court, pool and spa. Each of the two bedrooms comes with a queen bed. This cabin also has a full kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker so you can stock up on your favorite munchies and drinks. There is a full bath and an additional vanity with wash basin. The living room has a TV/VCR combo and we provide wireless internet access for your convenience. There is a telephone, safe, alarm clock and another color TV in one of the bedrooms. We are sure you will be glad you reserved our cabin in Big Bear.

Policies

All rates for rooms are based on double occupancy. Rates for suites are based on four people. Extra person charges of $10 per night per person apply.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $15 per night per item will apply.
Photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $15 per pet per night.
Check-in time is 3 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
All rooms are non-smoking.Smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations under $1,000 require a deposit equal to one nights stay plus tax. Reservations over $1,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited.

A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
