Big Bear Lake Cabin #1

Big Bear Lake Cabin #1 is located close to the basketball court, pool and spa on our property. This is a newly remodeled two and a half bedroom cabin in Big Bear Lake. It comes with a private BBQ and bench area for family picnics or friendly gatherings. This Big Bear cabin also comes with a queen size bed in each of the two full rooms. There is an additional twin bed in the half bedroom and then a queen hide-a-bed in the living room.

The living room has ample space for the whole family to watch a movie on VCR and color TV or warm their bones by the fireplace. There is a full kitchen including a coffee maker, microwave and dining area if you want to make your own meals. Other features are telephone and wireless Internet services. The bathroom has a shower to get you freshened up before you explore outside of your cabin in Big Bear Lake.

Policies

All rates for rooms are based on double occupancy. Rates for suites are based on four people. Extra person charges of $10 per night per person apply.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $15 per night per item will apply.
Photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $15 per pet per night.
Check-in time is 3 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
All rooms are non-smoking.Smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations under $1,000 require a deposit equal to one nights stay plus tax. Reservations over $1,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited.

A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
